Pricing Questions
How do I pay?
Payment details are arranged directly with Kerstin when you book. She accepts common payment methods and will confirm everything before your first lesson.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. Kerstin will discuss this with you when you book.
How long are packages valid?
Lesson packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Unused lessons within that period can be rescheduled but not refunded.
Is the trip fee included in the lesson price?
No — the trip fee for in-person lessons is separate and based on your location within the Greater Seattle Area. Kerstin will confirm the exact amount before you commit.
Can I switch between online and in-person?
Yes. You can mix formats between lessons. Just let Kerstin know in advance so she can plan accordingly.
